I use 10.2.0.3 in production, and have done so for quite some time.  Let's make
this stable.

Amd64 Please stabilize:
dev-db/oracle-instantclient-basic-10.2.0.3-r1
dev-db/oracle-instantclient-jdbc-10.2.0.3
dev-db/oracle-instantclient-sqlplus-10.2.0.3

Also adding x86 for 
dev-db/oracle-instantclient-basic-10.2.0.3-r1

Well, since nobody else did it, I went ahead and marked these stable on amd64. 
I'm rather surprised that nobody else appears to be using this stuff.
