Full Text Bug Listing

The Java plugin does not seem to work with the binary Firefox 3.0-rc1 ebuild;
Firefox claims the plugin needs to be installed.

However www-client/mozilla-firefox-3.0_rc1-r1 (the non-binary Firefox 3.0-rc1
ebuild) does work with the Java plugin.

Reproducible: Always




Marking as a minor bug since this is masked "beta" software, and it works if
you use the non-binary build or use the non-masked Firefox 2.x builds.  But I
felt it should be noted some place so it doesn't get overlooked or forgotten
about.

Marking as NEEDINFO because you omitted your `emerge --info'. :)

Okay, nothing to do with java, is due to where does firefox looks for the
plugins, i'm fixing this.

Okay, should be fixed in -r1.

Confirmed.

mozilla-firefox-bin now supports java for me.
