source-highlight is a pretty print utility for converting various source code
formats to a colourized (x)html document.
no dependencies other than a compiler.
I've used dev-util/source-highlight as the package name in my portage-overlay,
seems to follow other packages.

pretty basic, configure; make; make install
works for me

dev-util/source-highlight-1.7 has been added to portage.  Please test.
