Apache log4cxx project released, and they say 0.10.0 is the first Apache release of log4cxx. Ebuilds of older versions didn't work. The filename changed to apache-log4cxx-0.10.0.tar.gz, not just log4cxx-0.10.0.tar.gz. Major changes are here. http://logging.apache.org/log4cxx/changes-report.html#a0.10.0 Reproducible: Always
