Benedikt: please try to test the thing that you commit by running it as well.
Even though kdesvn compiles with subversion-1.5, it endlessly complains when I
try to use it. Although, most of the complaints are about something being first
right UTF-8 and then wrong UTF-8, so you may need to run with non-C LANG to
reproduce this. Still, as I cannot call it useable (and this, as understand,
will be the case for most i18n users too) I added <subversion-1.5 to DEPEND and
commented out the patch. Lets keep at least the stable version, well, stable.

Please note: new DEPEND may cause portage want to circularly rebuild subversion
if you have it in world itself. If you hit this, simply remove
dev-util/subversion from your /var/lib/portage/world.

Note2: I did not yet add this constraint to the recently added kdesvn-0.14.2
yet. However no guarantees yet, I'll see how it goes..
