Serf library is a C-based HTTP client library built upon the Apache Portable
Runtime (APR) library. It multiplexes connections, running the read/write
communication asynchronously. Memory copies and transformations are kept to a
minimum to provide high performance operation.

Serf is an optional dependency of Subversion and Apache (required for
mod_serf).

This patch disables direct linking against unneeded libraries.

serf-0.1.2-disable_linking_against_unneeded_libraries.patch is based on
serf-0.1.3_pre1152-disable_linking_against_unneeded_libraries.patch which is
available in Eaedificāta Repository:
