dhcpcd-4.0.0-alpha3 is available.
It also fixes bugs #215295, #217666 and #218898.
It should fix bug #218898 too, but I can't test this myself.

The ebuild needs a little tweaking, and will follow.

The last bug# on the first line is the same as the one on the next line, so is
there a third bug you meant to reference?

Yes, bug #216005 is the one I can't test. Sorry about that.
