I noticed that this also affects dev-lang/python anything using HZ is broken ... but this failure is because alpha headers have: /usr/include/asm/param.h:#define HZ CONFIG_HZ What needs to be fixed, then? All the apps failing? the packages in question should not be using HZ ... they should be using sysconf(_SC_CLK_TCK) however, i'm not about to start a crusade to fix said packages, so i'll just fix asm-alpha/param.h like every other arch out there should be fixed with 2.6.25-r2 |
