        * Export DescribeOneFlag() in the API
        * Add support for automatic line wrapping at 80 cols for gflags.py
        * Bugfix: do not treat an isolated "-" the same as an isolated "--"

        * Improve documentation (including documenting thread-safety)
        * Improve #include hygiene
        * Improve testing
