gst-plugins-pulse-0.9.7 is in the tree since January, has no open bugs, and
works flawlessly on x86.

Pulseaudio and its accompanying tools were stabilized some time ago, thus
stabilizing gst-plugins-pulse might be a good idea as well. If you agree,
please CC amd64, sparc and x86.
