app-office/gnotime has a runtime dependancy on dev-libs/qof and should thus
have dev-libs/qof in RDEPEND, not in DEPEND.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge gnotime
2. emerge --depclean
3. gnotime
Actual Results:
gnotime: error while loading shared libraries: libqof.so.1: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory
Expected Results:
gnotime should start.

while we're at it, from a script that I'm still developping:
*** dev-libs/qof might be missing in RDEPEND ***
*** x11-libs/libXScrnSaver might be missing in RDEPEND ***
*** x11-libs/pango might not be needed in RDEPEND ***
*** dev-libs/popt might not be needed in RDEPEND ***
And it seems libX11 is needed by gnotime but currently pulled in as a
dependency of pango (which is in RDEPEND)
