I tried to emerge pidgin-festival, but it fails and complains that pidgin
itself is not compiled with the gtk USE flag.  I double-checked, and Pidgin was
compiled with gtk and gtk remains set for it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge pidgin-festival
