Mark slang-2.1.3-r1 and it's deps same time stable because ABI/API was changed.
The update from slang-1.4.9-r2 to 2.1.3-r1 broke app-misc/mc-4.6.1-r4 (while I
was using it). I often see a revdep-rebuild warning in the elog after a library
change. Should one be included here?

Some developers like to add those messages, but sorry I'm not part of them. The
message would just rot there for ages. Instead, I trust users to know most
simplest, and basic commands to use Gentoo.

I would prefer those messages because I would prefer run revdep-rebuild only
when really needed as it is a bit slow on old machines. But if you disagree,
ok, it's only a suggestion :-)

vapier, any chance of doing sh and s390? the slang-1 API is deprecated and it
should be vanish into night...
