The app-shells/tcsh package is not available for the alpha platform, yet when 
forced it works fine.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="x86" emerge tcsh
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
It worked.

Expected Results:  
Not required me to force it using "x86".
