These files have a .hash section even when my LDFLAGS tell the linker not to
generate it:

sys-libs/gdbm-1.8.3-r4 (/usr/lib64/libgdbm_compat.so.3.0.0)
sys-libs/gdbm-1.8.3-r4 (/usr/lib64/libgdbm.so.3.0.0)
