elogv doesn't refresh after changing sorting. Only after deleting by 'dd' list
is sorted.

1. 'r' to reverse the list
2. 'dd' to remove an entry

Fixed it 0.6.1-r1, thanks for reporting.  There were similar errors when you
try to change sort type (alphabetical or chronological).
