1.1.15 is out. Renaming ebuild seems to work.
Reproducible: Always
Seems to work for me too, across a few dozen machines. -A
Any chance of getting this bumped? Still running 1.1.5 fine here.
latest version is now 1.1.16...
hey, even ubuntu has 1.1.15 in 8.04! :P
Renaming the ebuild (to -1.1.15 or -1.1.16) works for me, too.
This bug has been open for seven months. During its lifetime, it has been
verified that renaming the ebuild consistently works through the 1.1 series,
and a new working ebuild has been provided for the 1.2 series. However,
rdiff-backup in Gentoo has seen no updates since 1.1.14.
Why are new versions of rdiff-backup still being held back? Does rdiff-backup
even have an active maintainer in Gentoo?
