All lower versions of these are blocked by >=kde-base/kdelibs-4.0 since these
revisions have a fix for an environment/symlink handling issue thus making it
safer to use both KDE 3.5.x and KDE 4.x with the same user. It has been in the
tree for over 30 days and there have been no bugs reported relating to this.

Thus please stabilize these:

=kde-base/kdebase-3.5.7-r6
=kde-base/kdebase-startkde-3.5.7-r1

kde-base/kdebase-startkde-3.5.7-r1 stable on x86, armin76 will do the other
one.
