Peter wasn't active on bugzilla since 2007-02-06 and showed no CVS activity
since Mar 16, 2007.

I'm starting retirement procedure by sending the first mail.

Okay. We've exchanged e-mails, we've talked on IRC. 

At the moment, Peter doesn't seem to have enough motivation to keep
contributing to Gentoo so we have no other choice but to retire him.

Peter, please remember that you may very easily become an active developer
again after your motivation comes back.

Infra, please start retiring Peter.
