a2ps-4.14 is available since Dec 28, 2007. Maybe someone could create an
ebuild. I would try but all the patching done in the 4.13c ebuild is something,
I do not want to look into...

USE='CJK' a2ps-4.13c-ja_nls.patch.gz fails to apply cleanly mostly due to
whitespace changes in the upstream files.
