Patch to newest version of wings ebuild

I have tested this ebuild.  It works. Frankly, I'm amazed that the previous
build ever worked.

Patch to the launcher script for wings.

Disable SMP, now that SMP is present in Erlang.

A new stable version (0.99.02) of wings was released 2008-03-09.
0.99.02 works with wings-0.99.00b.ebuild which was created from
wings-0.98.32a.ebuild by applying a patch (wings-ebuild.diff, id=140553) posted
in this bug. Also wings-script.diff (id=140555) -patch was applied to wings.sh.
-Compiles and seems to work.

Current dev-version of wings is 0.99.03, released 2008-06-15.
-Not tested.

bumped to wings-0.99.03 in cvs, thanks for the report and ebuilds.
