When upgrading from 2.0-r13 to 2.6.1 the .so version changes from .0 to .1 and
as such revdep-rebuild needs to be run. It would be useful to add some elog
messages about this.

bah I dont like those babysitting messages, but it seems I'm the only one, so I
added one...

was suprised you added it, was about to close this one as wontfix.. no need to
threat users as idiots imho. :)

Well I don't consider myself an idio but with the new Portage elog
functionality I like the babysitting messages.
