Next version of app-emacs/matlab (already in the emacs overlay) will require
app-emacs/cedet as a dependency, and we would like to move it to Portage
without dropping the ~sparc keyword.

Added ~sparc keyword to app-emacs/cedet-1.0_pre4-r2 --- installs without any
problems.
