Default gnome-volume-manager preferences use "totem %d" for playing DVDs, but
this command doesn't work because gentoo builds totem with gstreamer backend.
Then "totem dvd://%d" must be used instead for playing DVDs

I attach a patch for correcting this

Thanks, I've added the patch.  It won't, of course, affect existing installs,
but will fix new ones.
