The sanitized 1.6.2 ebuild has been in the tree for over one months without any
issues, fixes lots of upstream bugs (see
http://pear.php.net/package/PEAR/download/) and -r1 just adds a couple of pear
channels needed for other ebuilds.

Please stabilize, thanks.
