Based on comments in bug #147254 it might or might not work on ppc. If it does
work please, keyword it, if it doesn't there is nothing depending on this
package so just keyword dev-java/jaxp as a replacement. I want to nuke the
generation 1 ebuild of gnu-jaxp.

dev-java/jaxp stabilized on ppc, removed old version of gnu-jaxp and removed
~ppc from 1.3-r1 as it does not compile.
