If you try to emerge bacula and the "doc" flag is set, it runs latex2html to
generate the docs. The folder it is run on
(/var/tmp/portage/app-backup/bacula-2.2.6/work/bacula-docs-2.2.6/manual/bacula)
contains eps files that use png images.

If latex2html was emerged without the "png" flag, the install fails.
