next layman round. the newer layman should actually list all the overlays with
a red asterisk if you don't have the corresponding vcs installed.

Layman could also add an ewarn to install subversion if it's missing.

sorry for the delay. hopefully fixed in layman-1.1.1-r1.

I don't know why I had the impression layman should already display all
supported overlays. the base configuration was still wrong.

Now it should show all overlays by default and the ebuild should issue a
warning when subversion is missing.

Feel free to reopen if it needs additional fixing.
