A new version of KPhotoAlbum has been released. It has some dependency changes
compared to 3.0 so few changes to ebuild are needed.

Better ebuild that I've been using for some time. It reuses the already
existing "raw" local USE flag which might also get bumped to global one...

We've also discovered a bug in 3.1.0 which prevents it from being compiled
without exiv2 installed. Patch is available from
http://websvn.kde.org/?view=rev&revision=743452 .
