ktorrent-2.2.2 requires kde-base/kdebase-kioslaves as a runtime dependency for
the built-in IPBlocking filter plugin (allows PeerGuardian blocklists to be
used) to function properly. Without kdebase-kioslaves, the blocklist conversion
progress dialog will hang indefinitely.
>=kde-base/kdebase-kioslaves-3.0.0 (or similar) should be added as a dependency to the ktorrent-2.2.2 ebuild.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Emerge ktorrent-2.2.2, start it normally
2.Enable IPBlocking filter plugin in preferences
3.Go to IPBlocking filter pane in prefs, click blocklist "Download/Convert"
button
Actual Results:
File will download normally, the conversion progress box then appears and hangs
at "Loading text file..." indefinitely.
Expected Results:
File should load and convert normally (in 20-30 seconds on my machine).
