please include a useflag for icap support of squid...
its the arg "--enable-icap-client" for ./configure

maybe somebody needs it for av scanners like kaspersky...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. edit /usr/portage/net-proxy/squid/squid-3.0_rc1.ebuild
2. add "--enable-icap-client \" in line 117
3. save
4. ebuild /usr/portage/net-proxy/squid/squid-3.0_rc1.ebuild digest
5. build :)
Actual Results:  
squid works with icap :)

Expected Results:  
USE="icap" emerge squid
... does the same without editing the ebuild

Fixed in cvs without revision bump.
