sys-apps/pcsc-lite ebuilds install the following docs to /usr/share/doc/${P}:
dodoc AUTHORS DRIVERS HELP INSTALL README SECURITY
But there is also a very useful ChangeLog file that contains a concise list of
news for each version.
Please consider installing it by adding ChangeLog to the dodoc line.
I also propose removing INSTALL from that list, as it's a useless stock one,
besides the package is already installed when this file is readable.
