Upon emerging rtorrent 0.7.2 one gets messages:
 * rtorrent now supports a configuration file.
 * A sample configuration file for rtorrent is can be found
 * in /usr/share/doc/rtorrent-0.7.2/rtorrent.rc.gz.

the config files real location is /usr/share/doc/rtorrent-0.7.2/rtorrent.rc.bz2

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge rtorrent
2. ls /usr/share/doc/rtorrent-*/rtorrent.rc.*

Actual Results:  
/usr/share/doc/rtorrent-0.7.2/rtorrent.rc.bz2

Expected Results:  
/usr/share/doc/rtorrent-0.7.2/rtorrent.rc.gz
