tcpdump 3.7.2 is x86 but libpcap 0.7.2 is ~x86

either tcpdump should be 3.7.1 (to match libpcap)
[bad idea since 3.7.2 is a security update]

or libpcap should be changed to x86

TCPDUMP version 3.7.2 has been released on February 27, 2003. This is a
maintenance/bugfix/security release of tcpdump 3.7. In particular, it addresses
iDEFENSE Security Advisory 02.27.03, related to the isakmp parser.

LIBPCAP version 0.7.2 has also been released; this is a maintenance/bugfix
release to go with tcpdump 3.7.2.
