When trying to emerge games-util/qjoypad-3.4, it fails as it tries to compile
against qt4 when it needs qt3.3.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge games-util/qjoypad
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
emerge fails as it can't build against qt4

Expected Results:  
games-util/qjoypad merged.

Should be fixed now.  Resync in a bit and try it again.
