Bioware moved the locations of the dialog.tlk zip's for the Neverwinter Nights
dedicated server.  The ebuild results in a 404 not found error in attempting to
retrieve them.

Attached patch does:
1. Updates copyright range to include 2007.
2. Updates DIALOG_URL_BASE to have the correct location for downloading.
3. Adds a specific call for the English dialog.zip to match games-rpg/nwn
behavior, instead of just being the fallback.
4. Adds the Japanese dialog.zip.
5. Removes an outdated comment.

nwn-ded 1.66 and 1.67 suffer the same problem, but I'm expecting those to be
dropped since their clients are no longer carried.

This patch works correctly for me.
The files are downloaded from the correct url, and the program does run.

I fixed the URL issue a couple of days ago not knowing about this bug. It would
have saved me to look where they moved them. Oh well... Anyway, today I rewrote
the ebuild to fix the language handling. Multi-language installs are now
possible, and I added Japanese. It's now in nwn-ded-1.68-r1.

I'm closing this this as the only real issue was the URL thing and this is now
fixed in stable. The rest is enhancement and will get stabilized in time.
