in the current ebuild of totem 2.18.x the GCONF variable gets deleted when the
gnome useflag is true. the patch is for the totem-2.18.3.ebuild and I used the
fixed in my overlay ever since xine support was dropped.

fixed in CVS without bumping as discussed with dang, thanks for reporting.
