As the summary says, please stabilize the latest version as new stable.

It has been in the tree for 5 months, and I consider it quite stable. I had to
remove two of the tests (mail and delete), since they don't seem to work in a
sandbox environment. I've no idea why, so if anyone is keen in fixing it, do
it.

Besides that FEATURES=test emerge =quilt-0.46 should give you more then enough.
