Please stabilize pnet-0.6.12-r1 and pnet-0.7.4-r1 as those are only
documentation updates due to file collision bug (see bug #187379). No other
changes were made.

although a quick test showed that this package compiles, I have decided to drop
ppc64 keywords. Nothing with a ppc64 or ~ppc64 keyword depends on this and this
package alone seems ot be useless.

I'll add ppc64 keywords, when a user requests so.
