Netbeans 3.4.1 ebuild does not place a link in /usr/bin/ to run the
application.
 I had to make the following symlink as root to solve the problem.

ln -s /opt/netbeans-3.4.1/bin/runide.sh /usr/bin/netbeans

Reproducible: Always

Fixed -- also fixed the license change (sun-bcla-j2ee).
