The man page for revdep-rebuild needs to be updated to reflect the
revdep-rebuild rewrite.

revdep-rebuild.1.patch

Changes include descriptions of the UTD commandline options, removed old bugs
that don't apply, and changed references to grep manpage to regex(7).
