When invoked with the "--skip_dnsbl" option, postgreyreport fails with:

Can't locate Net/RBLClient.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl

/usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl

line 66.

This is reproducible with both mail-filter/postgrey-1.24 and
mail-filter/postgrey-1.30

Added as RDEPEND in postgrey-1.30-r1.

@alpha,ppc64,sparc:
please keyword dev-perl/Net-RBLClient and add your keywords back to
postgrey-1.30-r1
