dev-util/subversion should have LICENSE="Subversion".
This separate license should be added to ${PORTDIR}/licenses.

Maybe this license should be named "CollabNet".

Or:

It is fixed in subversion-1.5_pre26086 in Eaedificāta Repository.

More precisely, only ebuilds are fixed. License should be added to gentoo-x86.
