Somewhere in the KDE 3.5.X cycle webcams using the pwc driver stopped working
in kopete (webcam correctly detected but black screen - no video output). This
upstream patch makes my Logitech Quickcam 4000 Pro work in kopete like it used
to.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get

2. apply the patch to kopete-3.5.7
3. watch the smile on grandma's face
