include/linux/ioctl32.h goes bye-bye in Linux 2.6.22; this causes ati-drivers 8.37.6 to fail on firegl_public.c.  A patch was posted at http://www.phoronix.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2849 that I have incorporated into  a revised ebuild.  The ebuild and patch file will be attached shortly.
