Yaz is now at release 3.0.8, while portage has only version 2.1.42.  Might we be able to get an updated ebuild in portage?

This is in PHP overlay now... The ICU patch should be submitted upstream, BTW. (Also --docdir/--htmldir handling is still broken but I don't have time to mess with that stuff).
