Freecol 0.7.0 is out. I've updated the home patch to the new code.

The installer-taskdefs patch is no longer needed since it's already applied
upstream.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge freecol

Actual Results:  
freecol-0.7.0 emerged

Expected Results:  
freecol-0.7.0 emerged

Only tried on ~amd64 with Sun JDK 1.6.0.02. The first time you start you get a
warning that freecol can't create a logfile because the ~/.freecol folder has
not yet been created. It's there next time you run.
