The PyMOL 1.0 open-source code is now branched off trunk as "b10" in the
Subversion repository. Truck will now contain 1.1 beta code.

As a consequence one can not fetch the source code from the URL in the ebuild.
Attached please find a patch against pymol-1.0-r1.ebuild to fix this.
