Please find attached two ebuild scripts for the latest stable versions of TCL
and TK (v. 8.4.2).  

These are required for those of us who needed newer versions of AVview to work
with the GATOS project.

I have committed both. But for now they are masked in package.mask, because few
other ebuild can break (bug 19532, bug 19533). Please test compatibility with
other products (tclx, itcl etc.).

All known subsequent bugs were fixed. Unmasking and closing bug.

Itcl builds but does not install properly. Preparing patch to Itcl as a new
bug.
