ebuild for ck-sources-2.6.22_p1-r1
Now with 2.6.22.1 goodness.
It's probably good idea to include an einfo that 2.6.22 will be last ck-sources version. The primary reason to use ck-sources is Con's SD scheduler; In main tree kernel 2.6.23 an equal feature (Ingo Mollnar's Completely fair scheduler) will be included, so there's still an upgrade path for all ck-users. I included an ewarn at the end of the ebuild stating that 2.6.22-ck1 will be the last -ck ever. SD is just one of the reasons to use Con's patchset. Not every one of his patches has an analog (yet) in the Linus tree. I don't think it's practical to mention the future of each patch. Bumped this yesterday, thanks :-) |
